Last night I did the lesson for family home evening and I did it on "improvement." I figured I'd get my whole family involved in my quest. It was good. We talked about things we can all improve on and how we can help each other. We also decided we can improve things as a family, having more quality time together...family game night, movie night (at home), Kid Date night, etc. My kids were so excited to be involved with this. I made a personal and a family list for everyone where we can have a visual reminder.
Another one of my goals is not to spend so much time on the computer, blog surfing, etc. So, I am doing this first thing in the morning before the kids are up. I have noticed my time on the computer takes away from my kids. So, I must do better. I hope in this process I help inspire others to improve as well. Here is my quote of the day,
